Phillip Prodehl

FOUNDER & CEO

Phillip Prodehl began his legal recruiting career almost 20 years ago shortly after graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He became an independently contracted recruiter and founded Alchemy Legal in 2002 and has worked with hundreds of firms and placed thousands of legal candidates since then.

Phillip is an avid hiker who enjoys flying planes, paragliding in different countries all over the world and skiing in his spare time.
