Phillip Prodehl

founder & ceo

Phillip Prodehl began his Legal recruiting career almost 20 years ago shortly after graduating from UNR with his Bachelors in Business Management. He became an independently contracted recruiter and founded Alchemy Legal in 2002 and has worked with hundreds of firms and placed thousands of legal candidates since then.

Phillip is an avid hiker who enjoys flying planes, paragliding in different countries all over the world and skiing in his spare time.

Hope Tocci

Senior talent acquisition specialist

Hope G. Tocci joined the Alchemy Legal team in 2018 after graduating from UNR with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies. Her experience in administration, sales, social media promotion, marketing, & graphic/web design has made her a fantastic addition to the team.

Hope was born and raised in Discovery Bay, CA—A small town in the Bay Area and enjoys wake-boarding, snowboarding, drawing, and writing in her free time.
